Their professional team aims to provide patients with comprehensive, continuous and confidential medical care in all aspects of family medicine. 

The Challenge

Ascot Family Practice is a well-known local medical centre specialising in family medicine & mental health. They have been with M1G since 2017 collaborating on improving the online marketing strategy of the business including updating of their dated website, inclusion of marketing automation, improving appointment bookings with online integration directly into their back-end as well as SEM & SEO. With ancient marketing strategies proving to be less and less effective, they looked towards digital marketing to carry their business to the next stages through customer acquisition through SEO and re-targeting of customers with offers/incentives via Google Display Ads.

The Process

Given the highly competitive field of medicine, we conducted extensive competitor research designed to gather a clear understanding of where are clients are going, who the competition is, what are their competitive advantages and currently online activity. We identify:

  • Where are the competition currently advertising?
  • How effective is their marketing strategy?
  • What is their SEO strategy & which keywords are they targeting?

The next phase of our process was to identify areas of improvement on their website, how can we incorporate Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to improve the rate at which customers visit the website and make an enquiry/booking.

As a result of their newly updated, mobile responsive site, we were able to reduce their bounce rate site-wide and increase their conversion rate via organic search, from 2.23% to 8.65% and across our Google Ads campaign we were able to increase the conversion rate from 3.01% to 6.53%
