The Challenge

Trident, a property advisory company, began with a small content marketing & social media strategy to drive awareness of recent sales and available listings delivering; weak, under performing, inconsistent results. Their existing strategies failed to capture the focus of the market after pursuing for 18-months; they sought an alternative approach in a highly competitive industry.

The Process

After the consideration of multiple agencies, Trident engaged digital marketing agency, Marketing One to deliver SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing services. This work is currently ongoing and has since expanded to include re-branding and corporate identity material.

The Results

Marketing One’s work on behalf of Trident Property Advisory has successfully generated more, high-quality and cost-effective inbound leads; successfully created websites to improve the conversion rate of the website. To date, Marketing One has generated an additional $600k p/year in revenue for Trident.

SEO has a 14.6% conversion rate compared to 1.7% for traditional outbound methods such as cold-calling or direct mail.
